BIG WARNING about using AliExpress as of 2025!!

AliExpress will most likely not refund you in most cases now if you get the wrong item or missing 1pc of a item.
If you don't get an item, you will get a refund, but if you get it and something is wrong, good luck as you will have to fight for months and you ;probably won't get a refund.

Used them for about a decade and ordered a lot over the years.
They USED to be good. Any disputes where with you and the seller and it only got escalated to AliExpress if there were issues. It was fine back then.

2025 and it is a different story and now I can't recommend them at all as they literally scam you in disputes.

They have changed how they do things such as disputes as now you only deal direct with AliExpress for disputes.
Now they just refuse legitimate disputes when you get the wrong item or there is something wrong with it.
If you don't get the item, you will get a refund, but if you get the item and it is wrong, you are stuffed.

Had 3 orders in the last 6 months that I haven't had a refund for, that were all wrong.
I fought for months with them all, opening disputes and cases daily, replying to any emails if I got any from them.
They would always ghost me in emails if I reply with evidence. They would ask for evidence, I would give it, they wouldn't reply. If they email again, they ask for evidence again, you provide it, they stop replying. You do this over and over.
They take 24 hours to reply, so your protection runs out and then they use that as the excuse.

In fact they may actually run the time down on purpose as they don't reply to emails when you send proof, BUT when protection time is over, they suddenly reply to emails day after day...

1. I ordered a black skirt and got a white top. Literally a different item completely.

2. I bought 2pcs of a skin product and got 1pc in a small box. It came in a packet that only that 1pc would fit in.

3. I bought black sandals with a little toe holder and crystals on it. I got white sandals in a different design with a big pink heart. No crystals, no toe holder, totally different.

I didn't get a refund for any of them and I fought hard DAILY for months with all of them.

For ALL I took photos of the parcel, the label, the item, the item's label, the item I purchased plus a video of me opening the parcels on camera (I do this because they usually ask for that in disputes so I always do it just in case of issues).
I even attached photos of the sellers chat where they say they support my dispute!

The live chat staff at AliExpress even acknowledged the items I received were wrong but I never got a refund for any of these as the disputes would all be refused.

I never got my money back for any of them and couldn't chargeback due to the price I paid.

Your money is NOT safe like they claim as it is them, AliExpress that scams you, not the seller as it is AliExpress handling and refusing these disputes.

I could never ever recommend them ever again.

Look at reviews on Trustpilot. They are all true as thousands are just like mine.

I had to write this and warn people as they used to be good, but now they are awful.

This is my personal experience with multiple orders all this year.
