Lets hope everyone without a badge parks in the bays then. Happy?

Lets hope only people who have a need to use them do so. ;)

As above, but if its from a private parking company,  as usual, ( like Smart Parking or Parking Eye or ECP  etc  ) read the current advice for people in Scotland and also read the official MSE advice

There is no indication that the OP received a fine.

    Well now someone does.

I got a bit of paper in a yellow plastic bag demanding £70.

So they have lost a customer of over 30 years

    WHATS THIS THEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Your user name is very fitting!!

You seem, for some reason, to struggle with the difference between a fine and an invoice from a Private Parking Company.

Where does the OP mention receiving a fine?

They do say Blue Badge Holders Only.
Just park in the middle of two normal bays.

    Enough. Posts reported.

You have a lot of posts but seem to have ventured over here from elsewhere on the board but need to read the stickied guides.

How does that work then?  Do you mean straddling the shared centre line between both bays?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
