As above, but if its from a private parking company, as usual, ( like Smart Parking or Parking Eye or ECP etc ) read the current advice for people in Scotland and also read the official MSE advice

Your user name is very fitting!!You seem, for some reason, to struggle with the difference between a fine and an invoice from a Private Parking Company.Where does the OP mention receiving a fine?Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid3 -
They do say Blue Badge Holders Only.
Just park in the middle of two normal bays.0 -

How does that work then? Do you mean straddling the shared centre line between both bays?dnpark38 said:They do say Blue Badge Holders Only.
Just park in the middle of two normal bays. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
