Hello all, I'm back again.
I received a brown envelope in the post this morning from the county court.
It's a General Form of Judgement or Order letter stating i was sent a Notice of Proposed Allocation to Track (N149) which required me to send a Directions Questionnaire.
I did not receive such communication.
Please see attached a copy of the letter and also my MCOL history. Did I miss something?
I have a new deadline of 16th March. Please help me on how to proceed and what to do?
Thank you.

Same advice as this one, exact same except their DQ was sent back but overlooked:
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So I had my Mediation call today. I was very unprepared so to say.
The mediator was very nice and accommodating. I missed the first call, which was followed my a voicemail and a text saying they will call again in 10mins. Which they did.
He explained the claim, I said the vehicle is mine but will not be paying the 300+ charge. They said they will call the claimant and inform them. He did also explain if I miss a call, they will keep calling through the mediation call window which was 1 to 4 for me.
Second call came through. He said dcb are willing to drop the charge to £220. I said no, I can offer £5 as goodwill because the vehicle was obviously parked there.
Third call came through, he said dcb will reduce to £100 if settled now. I said no, I would only accept £5 or nothing. To this the mediator said he will relay this to dcb and if they do not accept, there will be no more calls and the mediation will end to proceed to next stages.
