Hi our flight was due to depart from islamabad to gatwick 00:35am on saturday 1st november.
Been delayed to 00:35 sunday 2nd November.
Our flight BA2161 from gatwick to islamabad on 17/10/2025 was also delayed for 2 hours 38 minutes.
It was a return ticket and can we claim compensation twice on the same ticket? Going 2 hour 38mins delay and return 24 hour delay. How do we go about this?
Also we had a lift from family on Saturday the original scheduled departure but now for sunday we will have no lift and will have to take an uber. Will they reimburse me for the uber?
If theres multpile people on the ticket do they claim individually or on 1 clam?

No compensation will be due for the outbound flight delay as it isn't long enough.
Compensation is likely due for the inbound delay as long as it isn't due to circumstances beyond BA's control.
There's no requirement for them to pay for your onward travel from the airport.0 -
You'd need a four hour delay to claim on a LON-ISB flight as it's c 6,000km

The CAA has useful advice here ..

Claim direct from airline, don't use third party like Resolver etc
