Santander Stocks and Shares ISA £75 Cashback

    Thanks for that. Withdrawal requested.
I'm beginning to wonder if on the TCB computer system the cancel and confirm button are next to eachother!!!

Claimed the ISA payout, and looking today ..... "Please note that you are currently unable to pay out any payable cashback from this account. Please check your existing tickets or contact us so that we can resolve this for you."

I have applied for both a Cahoot Simple Saver and a Cahoot Sunny Day Saver via TopCashBack. The application for the Simple Saver showed £25 cashback pending almost immediately. However, the Cahoot Sunny Day Saver still shows £0.00 cashback pending. (Both applications were almost immediately approved and they both quickly tracked on TCB).

I am very puzzled by this. I suppose I will need to submit a claim for the missing cashback for the Sunny Day Saver. I was wondering if other users of the Forum are experiencing the same problem.

I have read some people referring to incorrect £0.00 cashback showing for a Cahoot Sunny Day Saver, but they also say that it shows incorrectly as a Santander Edge Explorer Account (I understand TCB has also been sending out emails apologising for this). However, my TCB account correctly shows the transaction as a Sunny Day Saver application, but shows zero cashback owing for this.

To those whose £75 payout is on hold: had you raised a ticket when the status had changed to declined? If so, I think we have to close that ticket before they can pay out. I have closed mine, but the message is currently still showing. May be their systems aren't updating in realtime, so I'll check back tomorrow

Is "raising a ticket" the same as "making a claim"?

You don't usually need to do that, in fact TCB usually says to close the claim when the money has been paid. I don't think it even matters if you then don't, it'll just sit there.

This seems like a blanket thing where a mistake has occurred i.e. we weren't supposed to have been paid.

Same. To be honest though, the money being claimable so soon feels odd. Especially on top of the offer being yanked so quickly, and initially declined.

I was able to instruct a withdrawal on mine without any warning of the withdrawals being on hold, only time will tell if I get it paid out. I have logged back on just now and can see the warning message, but it wasn’t there beforehand and the requested withdrawal is sat there below.
