My Quilter cashback is already showing as declined yet I put £500 into s and s ISA. Anyone else got this?

That was next on my list, don't think I'll bother now!

Re: Santander S+S ISA, I haven't done one as I'm ISA'd up this year, but have those that opened this followed the t+c's to the full? I noticed they say you need to invest in the same session as opening it (so moving money in and then coming back later to invest would result in a decline)

Yes I invested at the same time as opening the account.

I did but as I'm new to this I think mine took a bit longer to fully process due to my errors.

Me too.
As already stated the detail says it was already been paid. I noticed later that the SM code (ac no.) ends 001 on one investment ac and 002 on another. Now I got paid IIRC £50 (or £100) for funding a Sant 'Investment Hub' (not an S&S ISA) not through TCB - think it was the MSE Voucher one. Maybe this is confusing the 'adjudicator'?

I'm not sure what you mean by the Charles Stanley one not tracking well?
You need to follow the instructions. Last year I transferred a modest SIPP. I then referred my wife who transferred an ISA. We sent a secure message, as per the instructions, saying we wanted to take part in the cashback offer. They confirmed it had been registered, and this year, without any further intervention the cashback appeared in our accounts on the due date. I posted about it on page 118 of this thread. £1150 of cashback - which I'm very pleased with - between us.
You need to be careful with their fees, but we have paid less than £300 in the last year, so well under the cashback received….
