I didn't receive any notifications. I don't know about others.

Regarding the xtb free share offer, there is an alternative one where certain YouTube channels (nothing to do with me) refer you and you get an Intel share currently worth about £35.

me neither. I hope its not a battle to be had when payment time for the £200 comes

"an HL account" would be ANY account, otherwise it'd have been "a HL S&S ISA account"1 -
Just a repeat of my previous observation in that I tried to wade through the 'simple' form that they wanted me to complete in order to set up a SIPP - it was the polar opposite of simple! Truly awful, buggy, verbose, counter-intuitive.
I could go on. But I didn't. If this was how they presented themselves to a prospective client, I'd have no confidence in their capability of administering my pension well. I was getting shades of the unfriendly bureaucratic nonsense I had to go through with my old WTW administered works pensions.I admit I'm a total tart when it comes to milking pensions incentives, but this was a step too far, even for me.

Seems to be very few details on IG's website, but this site explains the details: https://www.matchmybroker.com/articles/ig-uk-free-shares-promotion

I hadn't heard of that site! There are some bonus offers available through it - Lightyear, for instance…

Note HL confirmed to me today, they do not accept SIPPs in draw down as eligible for the current 'Winter' cashback offer.
IG & Fidelity confirmed to me that they do.
