Yes I’ve lodged a claim for a missing cashback payment with TCB
they replied back with 

Hello, Thanks for lodging your missing cashback claim for cahoot Sunny Day Saver.   Your claim has temporarily been put 'On Ice' until we're sure your transaction won't track on it's own. Once this time has passed we'll be able to submit your claim in order for it to be reviewed by the retailer.   On Ice. We will automatically submit this to the merchant after 30 Oct 25   Please be aware this process can take several months but we'll be in touch as soon as we have an update.

There's a £75 cashback on Santander S&S ISA for £100 deposit via TCB too now, I might do that on Monday.

It's not best for fees, but seems ok for a small amount

Well spotted - weirdly that's showing in the All Insurance & Financial category but not on ISAs & Savings category. Yes I'll do that too.

On the snatander stocks and shares Isa I can't see that is specifies a minimum amount you have to invest to get the cashback? Thought somebody mentioned £100

I did this, deposited / invested £100 by Santander debit card. This payment may or may not have registered - can't see it in my S&S account, and it hasn't come off my current account. I'll give it until early next week to see whether they have taken the money.

On the upside, it tracked fine in TCB.

There is no minimum for the cashback but the product requires either a £100 lump sum or £20/month.

Do u know if u can leave it as uninvested cash and withdraw after the TCB (hopefully) pays out? 🤔

I raised a ticket under the 'Wrong Product' reason and just received a slightly different reply from @DodgerPot 's (although it probably amounts to much the same):

For any purchase where it has been more than 7 days and it still hasn't tracked, we just need you to lodge a claim ...

If you select ‘Untracked’, our team will get this investigated for you.

Claims can take around 3 months to be sorted once sent over to the retailer’s network, but our team will keep you in the loop once we have a resolution. If you experience any difficulty with the claims form please to let us know.

I've raised the Santander Edge issues with out tracking specialist as a wider thing, so I'd just like to reassure you that we'll be checking on this through the week.

I don't think so either - exemptions from cashback include

• You will not be eligible for cashback unless you invest within the platform.

I've added/invested £100 to my existing Santander S&S ISA and it's tracked at TCB, showing as £75 pending with payout expected in 12 weeks (like the Cahoot cashback).
