In an incredible turn of events, not only has my £75 Santander S&S ISA claim been re-confirmed, its also been made payable and I have withdrawn to my account (awaiting arrival).
So I suggest those that went for the same offer have check!
EDIT - Didn't refresh my page and see that everyone else have experienced the same! hahaha1 -
I have applied for both a Cahoot Simple Saver and a Cahoot Sunny Day Saver via TopCashBack. The application for the Simple Saver showed £25 cashback pending almost immediately. However, the Cahoot Sunny Day Saver still shows £0.00 cashback pending. (Both applications were almost immediately approved and they both quickly tracked on TCB).
I am very puzzled by this. I suppose I will need to submit a claim for the missing cashback for the Sunny Day Saver. I was wondering if other users of the Forum are experiencing the same problem.
I have read some people referring to incorrect £0.00 cashback showing for a Cahoot Sunny Day Saver, but they also say that it shows incorrectly as a Santander Edge Explorer Account (I understand TCB has also been sending out emails apologising for this). However, my TCB account correctly shows the transaction as a Sunny Day Saver application, but shows zero cashback owing for this.0 -

To those whose £75 payout is on hold: had you raised a ticket when the status had changed to declined? If so, I think we have to close that ticket before they can pay out. I have closed mine, but the message is currently still showing. May be their systems aren't updating in realtime, so I'll check back tomorrow0

Is "raising a ticket" the same as "making a claim"?friolento said:To those whose £75 payout is on hold: had you raised a ticket when the status had changed to declined? You don't usually need to do that, in fact TCB usually says to close the claim when the money has been paid. I don't think it even matters if you then don't, it'll just sit there.friolento said:To those whose £75 payout is on hold: had you raised a ticket when the status had changed to declined? This seems like a blanket thing where a mistake has occurred i.e. we weren't supposed to have been paid.0
