Bathroom for you all tomorrow because I’ve done mine. WUALTD and tidied kitchen, DW and WM locked and loaded. GP tomorrow at 9 am (fasting blood) Good job I have good veins as they can only test 1 arm.
Have finished watching Riot Women. All I’m going to say is there had better be a series 2.
Congrats on the CP.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Morning all
Am up early for doc appt at 9.10 - I'm the same Valli, can only have bloods & BP test from one side, for the same reasons as you I suspect. Watched episode 2 of Riot Women - loved the comment about the curtains. Judging by the other actors reactions, I think it was ad-libbed.
Going shopping after doc and Later today I'll be doing the bottom shelf of bonkers cupboard-neath-the-hob, plus DR/LR and the usuals.
Hoping to plant some bulbs today, in between showers and need to sort out my trousseau for next week's NWNH (Not-wedding & Not-honeymoon)

2 x WM; towels through TD. I will save tomorrow's fine weather for sheets. Got washing on the line but I'll get it in before I go out as rain is forecast. 1 x DW; emptied
Been to docs. Cancelled Poppy's vets appt next week (jabs) because they rescheduled my appointment at the breast clinic (3 year follow up). Have rearranged my shingles jab because I'm doing something that day. Topped up my phone (I'm on PAYG and have to have £10 credit by the 25th).

Morning (just)!
DH has gone off to SW with a spring in his step - I hope it's justified.
Decorator arrived at 08.30. Rosie barked at him and wasn't at all sure about him (he probably smells of his dog Charlie), but she has now accepted his comings and goings and recognises that he is not a threat to her. I've just taken her for a nice walk in the sunshine, so she's eaten a bite of lunch and settled into her corner downstairs. She was a shivering wreck yesterday evening with the first of the Diwali fireworks, so I'm glad she's happy, for now at least.
I've printed labels and cut out covers for most of the jams. All the marmalade and chutney is ready for sale - just the plum and blackberry/currant to finish off, then I can reclaim my dining table.
The old bedroom curtains have been through the WM and are hanging outside. I shall keep them for now in case my young friend J wants them (she is still awaiting news on when she will be able to move into the flat she was allocated).

Afternoon all,
Walked the dog first thing and came back and straighten the house tbh didn’t take long as I blitzed it on Sunday. Done the laundry and ironing just waiting until DD picks me up for another nanny duty shift xTrying to change my life and will:money:7 -
Afternoon all. Dusted, polished and vacuumed right through the house. Got DD1's dog coming tomorrow teatime until Monday morning and then DD2's dog Tuesday - Thursday. Can't see me feeling like much housework with all the dog walking.Hope everyone is OK or at least on the mend x4

Afternoon all,
I wish Not Weddings had been a thing 30+ years ago. I wanted to elope as a Not Wedding equivalent, met with resistance and gave in. Best wishes to Eltee and Mr Eltee.
Pollybear, I think dog sitting is an excellent reason to delay flying.
I had my flu jab this morning, courtesy of Mr T. Then DH and I trundled along the motorway to the Swedish shop. I had my own list plus a list from DD for her bedroom which needs a good organising session. I was very good and stuck to the lists, picked up a small C-word gift for DD and a birthday present for a friend.
Back home by 2.30, stripped and remade 2 beds, wm is now swishing. I’m not sure that I will muster energy to dust and vacuum the bedroom today.6 -
My mum pushed me into marrying the Vallikids dad…ironic seeing as she live over the brush with SD for the whole time and I wish she hadn’t because I ended up paying out. However, water under the bridge now. DD has just written her will and has specifically excluded him…because he has dropped contact and that was a good while ago
Must ensure DS writes a will tooDon't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Morning all. Hope you're all ok.
Just dailies on Monday and even though the list wasn't up yesterday, as Valli had instructed us to clean the bathroom, that is what I did, as well as hoovering through. Today I am going for a day out with friends but may see if there is time to flutter first.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.6 -
Afternoon all. Managed to go out for a walk and coffee this morning because DH was a bit better. Nice to fit that in before the rain returns. Washing mostly dried outside but in now to finish off because it feels more cold than damp.Hope everyone's OK x5
