Advice re collection by courier for eBay item

I’ve just rang eBay as you suggested @red_boots2. They will remove negative feedback after so many days ( can’t remember now how many) so hopefully that’s the end of it.

Make sure to chase them up if they don't, they have a habit of saying they will remove then 'forgetting'

Glad this was resolved - I had a scare just yesterday. 
Sold an item on eBay for £750. 
Buyer came to collect, on time, and seemed a nice gentleman to be fair. 
Invited him in, got chatting etc while I let him test the drive on his laptop until he was happy. 
He then left. 

I forgot to get the collection code off of him!

I realised 15 mins later. 
Phoned him and he didn't answer. 
Panic struck!

Maybe he's driving home I thought - so I text him politely asking for the code.....and waited......

Fortunately he replied a few minutes later with the code, which I put into the eBay transaction, and it was fine!

Note to self - Always remember the code!!!!!!

I can confirm that the negative feedback has been removed by EBay 😀
