By discontinue we mean discontinue a county court claim.
If you receive a letter from the court you have to defend and do a bit of online paperwork. It's a few months after a court claim that they throw in the towel.1 -

You must defend a claim form if one arrives. Then they end up giving up. Costs you nothing and is easy (as long as you don't move house without updating them).

Can you send the newbies thread again. I cant find it. They replied to my appeal 4 days ago saying they declined internal appeal. 14 days until debt collectors get involved or whatever. Must i still wait 14 days for a claim form to arrive?0
