Dcb legal have emailed the docs over to the court too and ccd me in.
Im so nervous about going to court i think ill freeze on the spot...
Find me a Britannia and DCB Legal claim that went all the way to a hearing, because I can't find one when I Google.

Expect a phone call soon where they try a last ditch offer. Don't answer, but it's a sign discontinuance is imminent.

I agree. Find us a case that went to a hearing... clue: there are none. They'll discontinue.

LOL - heck no! This is what they do to frighten people into thinking they are going to court.

I now have the hearing date letter 30th April at 10am.... im really worried about this now. Is there a link for witness statement to help me send? I have to send them a load of documents I think. The letter is quite long and im struggling to indulge all the information.

No need, DCB LEGAL will discontinue just before the hearing fee deadline, so what date is that ?

When is the WS deadline ? Middle of April or early April. ?

Your case will be in this thread below in 3 months time , same as the current 776

Im really hoping this is the case, hearing fee deadline is 4th April. Documents have to be in 14 days before hearing so around 15th April, shall I wait till the 4th before sending in docs?

Wait Until after the hearing fee deadline date before doing anything at all, other than checking your email inbox and spam folders for their N279 discontinuation document

Meanwhile , Ignore the phone calls, text messages and voicemails from DCB Legal

Otherwise, phone the court on Tuesday 7th April, to find out if they paid the hearing fee
