Basically means the court has lost the documents (nothing deep or unlucky about it)
    Post up the order
Email your defence to the correct court email address

Ive got to hunt for the stuff, which i will do when I get home. Ive moved house in the process and now worried I won't be able to even find any paperwork. May have to redo the defence.
Does this usually mean I will be attending court?

You cannot redo the defence,  but you can definitely email the opposition lawyers ( or parking company if no lawyers involved   ) for a copy due to the new court order, or check on MCOL or ask the CNBC in Northampton , unless you posted it earlier in this thread or a previous thread   ?

Nobody attends court unless the court hearing fee is paid to that court by the claimant,  so check with them

So I have the defence form, I dont have the claim form, should i have a copy of this? Or is it down to dcblegal to send that?

So I can call the court and ask if thats been paid? I will do that!

You definitely received an N1SDT claim pack and claim form at the beginning of this saga, as dcblegal issued it via the CNBC in Northampton,  so they definitely have a copy , so should you

Post a redacted picture of this new court order too

    oh thats standard
    So
    1. dont bother making any phone calls.
    2. Supply the copies to the local court at Medway, using their own email address, not the CNBC one!
