    Hi, sorry me again.

My husband has just received this email from O2, his last bill dated 7 Oct for period 26 Sept to 6 Oct bill showed the termination fee (the same as mine) and they have refunded him .07p.  He ported his number to Lebara on 25 September. Not sure what to do as don`t want to set up a new DD as we don`t owe them any money.

Has anyone else received this from O2, never again will I go near this company.

We have been notified by your bank of a change in the status of your direct debit details and therefore we have cancelled your current mandate. To discuss your O2 account further please call us on 0344 809 0202 Or you can update your Direct Debit details using the following link http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

    Thank you
Just a heads up if/when you leave Lebara. You have to ask for a refund or you get nothing, and then it's like getting blood out of a stone. I did it today. Got something in the end but not quite the full amount I was owed.

Thank you, I had assumed as it was a 30 day contract that you wouldn`t get a refund when you leave.

I had to put money on account as extra. Maybe they don't force that any more but I had to fight to get it back,

    Glad you got your refund.
I spoke to O2 yesterday on FB and have it in writing that our contracts are ended and the bills they sent were final bills even though they don`t actually state that and we should ignore the emails from them requesting we contact them to set up payment details!  We won`t be returning to O2 any time soon.
