@James_Poisson I just noticed that Google street view was from 2025 as crazy as it is I got my ticket in March 2024 😂😂 so I’m going to have to have a look back then what it looked like. Probably less signs then are there then! Thanks again so much for the help:)1

Annoyingly the previous capture is from 2023 where there are no signs on display at all.blobfish007 said:@James_Poisson I just noticed that Google street view was from 2025 as crazy as it is I got my ticket in March 2024 😂😂 so I’m going to have to have a look back then what it looked like. Thanks again so much for the help:)Sorry my eyesight or brain must be going in my old age!But signage should be kept up to date and maintained not get worse, if you challenge the signage as being deficient on the day they must answer that not just say it conforms to the ATA COP, that isn't evidence. The GSV images from 2023 look almost identical with just one sign on the right hand wall that is not good enough, and does not conform to the COP on entrance signage. But these are additional supporting pieces of evidence the landowner's cancellation request is the main thing IMHO.Though if this has been hanging around sice March 2024, they did offer to settle for £20, and Parking Eye have given it over to scummy debt collectors that would suggest this won't be going anywhere.I would ask the landlord if his contract with them allows them to take people to court, as you will be calling him as a witness!2

@James_Poisson unfortunately the landlord won’t speak to me anymore and what’s nothing to do with helping me out of the situation that I got myself in giving his son a 2 hour round journey picking him up from the pub so can’t ask for anything off him.3

            Hi,
just what to let everyone know what’s commented on this thread I got a response from the email I sent to parking eye and DCBL saying the parking charge has been cancelled and will not be pursued anymore have had a very similar letter from parking eye also thought I’d just attach one though. Thanks everyone for the help 2 2

It doesn't say the PCN has been cancelled, only that DCBL won't be pursuing the matter further.blobfish007 said:Hi,

DCBL do this instead of telling you that they have transferred upstairs (or downstairs) to their sister company DCB Legal. It is a deliberate trick to mislead you into thinking the ordeal is over when DCB Legal are still pursuing the charge and will follow up with a Letter of Claim.Castle said:

What does the Parkingeye letter say - that's the one that matters.
