That's the spirit
You relied on the landlords advice and promises, you told parking Eye all this too, so followed plan A and plan B
Ignore them until you get a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice to respond, or a Money Claim using MCOL from the CNBC in Northampton
We will help you through both of them and eventually the claim will be discontinued beforehand at no cost to you
So with our help you will get through this and wont pay a penny2 -
Okay will be back active on this thread once the letter comes. Thankyou for boosting my confidences to try and fight this.3

It'll be over and discontinued within 12 months, which is why you WANT a claim. That is the resolution & end game!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hold on hold on!By this letter to you from Parking Eye they are admitting that their "client" i.e the person that engaged them on a free contract to manage parking, has asked them to cancel the charge (note they have not called it a penalty or fine please do not use that terminology) but they expect you to pay their admin fees.Ignore the greedy dimwits why should you pay their overstated postage fees you were there at the behest of the landowner or family member, why should you be out of pocket.Forget their without prejudice claim that is saying you can't use that in court to get their offer of £20 again, but they have admitted that the entity that engaged them told them to cancel, that is excellent evidence they are being unreasonable1
