Inspired by Jo_b from last year I'm going to have a pop at recording all my savings and occasionally updating this thread to keep me focused. I've got a nice spreadsheet which should keep track of all my savings.
Up to now:
Up to now:
- Printer Ink Cartridge reduced from £26.99 to £1.00 = £25.99 savings
- 30 free photos from snapfish = Should have been £3.99 but just 99p delivery (plus 10% cashback on Egg card and 250 piggy points) = savings overall of £3.09 and effectively paying me 149 piggy points to take them

hey! you hijacked my thread!
..its ok dear come on in and have a nice cup of tea! the more the merrier!!
well done sounds like you have done really well!
I seem to owe a lot of people money from xmas ... nothing major (<£50) but I don't like owing, so I will update my January spends asap.
My biggest saving this week is taking a pint of milk to work and saving £2.50 of 5 cups of tea by making it myself instead of going to the cafe. If I work 50 weeks of the year (and boo hoo I do) thats....£177.50 (thanks to the Demotivator Tool from Martin!) which is 0.9 weeks of work a year.

Yey £177.50 not wasted, that's fantastic! :T I wonder if you could save even more pennies by buying 4 pints of milk and putting into 1 milk cartons and freezing. Er I've done that before because sometimes I go to the supermarket and they only have 4 pinters
AND you end up saving a few pence per pint. Maybe I'm penny pinching tooo much? :rotfl:

Good idea mushy!!
I had to buy tea today as my milk had gone off. Its super hot in my office, and think the mini fridge is having a hard time - so just gonna take in a bit each day then none will be waster
Just seen how much money my ISA gets each month! its so encouraging! Its going to be great to be able to put in £3600 this year instead of just £3000
