I have a working new online login, but no accounts (because their system wouldn't verify correctly I couldn't make a faster payment), and they then closed my account for not funding in time - I think I dodged a bullet there!

They must be having real issues with this. It's taken two months and still accounts can't be opened. Branches must be pretty desolate places by now. Their total savers are under 20k so surely they will have migrated them over by now and re-opened for business. Their annual report will be interesting this year.

Postal accounts were available to open when I checked, so it's obviously an online issue. They will still be attracting deposits from existing savers (though with that said I haven't deposited into Issue 6 for a few months and others may be doing likewise with all the recent 6.5%+ offerings.)

Fingers crossed for a nice juicy regular saver when the time comes!

I'm having the same issue as elljay234. Needed to change the phone number, sent a letter on the 9th October no response yet. Several phone calls and emails and still unable to register. Utter shambles is a good description.
Well I am pleased to say that this has all been resolved since my earlier posting today. I was on the phone for an hour waiting to speak with the "On-Line issue" department, with no one picking up the call.

So I called again and selected the Mortgage option, this was answered within 10 seconds and spoke with a lovely lady on reception. She kindly took all the details and said she would forward these to one of her colleagues.

Just had a phone call, very apologetic and confirming that the new mobile number had been changed and I could now register on the new system. Pleased to confirm that I now have on-line access and my latest statement printed and filed. Happy days.  :)

Tbh they should extend the end dates on existing RSs to allow savers to continue using them. Otherwise they are gonna have an exodus of funds with no replenishment from new issues

My problem with registering is that it only lets me input 2 of the digits of the OTP code they have sent me!

That and the activate user page is not mobile friendly..
That's a known fault due to using an Android phone.

They don't seem to have a solution for this.

Advice from them to me was to use a different device.

Low and behold using a laptop worked fine.
