Earlier this summer it had one you could fund with £250/month. Getting 6.0% with no existing current account requirement.1 -

Bridlington1's tables on page 1 of the main RS thread will show if there is a requirement to open a qualifying account first, in order to open a RS. The Darlington one Dazed_and_C0nfused mentioned is probably the easiest high rate one to open, unless you happen to have a current account with some of the RS's nearer the top, or fancy a postal one.1 -

It'll get addictive3 -
I had the Club Lloyds RS for a number of years before becoming aware of the RS threads early last summer. I now have 24 accounts, currently containg £34k with a max monthly input of £6700, though only £5200 of standing orders. Average interest rate 5.79% which equates to £5.46 a day of interest. Looking to the future I am likely to have >50k invested in RS accounts by next summer, thanks to Monmouth BS. As others have said it is addictive with a degree of FOMO.
Thanks to @Bridlington1 and all the other contributors to the RS threads.3 -

Since giving you my figures, I've had one account mature, but replaced it with the new Progressive 7%, so.... back at 18. In an ideal world I'll just be operating a one-in one-out system over the next few months. Expecting number of accounts and monthly deposits to remain steady, but total value will increase rather a lot until Monmouthshire matures (or earlier if they slash the interest rate...)1

No problem with even the most minor of updates, folks ..... far less work than Bridlington1 puts in on our behalf into the main RS thread
For everyone's sanity though, I've resisted posting an updated table after every contributor has submitted their figures or updates. Rest assured that if you see a thanks from me in your post, I've read it and incorporated the details into the table, as appropriate, ready for the next update posting.8
