Pockit prepaid cash card

The reason I ask is because I signed up on there web site. I was told that a card would cost me five pound plus what eve amount I chose to top up with. I was given 3 methods of top up. 1st was by a card, 2nd was by bank transfer, and 3rd was by paypoint. I selected paypoint. I was then taken to a page with a bar code that the pay point would scan and i would hand over the money. Those I doubt paypoint will hand me over a pre paid loaded "pockit card". I emailed Pockit but sadly no reply! So though I best ask if anyone has used them hear before?
Thanks

They can offer this feature as they can "see" that your salary/benefits payment is enroute in the banking system.
I can see in my banking app the fact my salary is enroute (but not formally credited to my account) a day, sometimes two before the payment lands.
However if your goal is not using banks, I'm not sure this really fits the criteria.0 -
Pockit is an expensive bank account for people who cannot get even a Basic Bank Account with a proper bank. It does not have the protections of a normal bank account.0

It’s going to be some time for Gringo to work his way through all the prepaid cards and to discard them one by one5
