MSE Big Switch tariffs not available

I cannot see any of the MSE Collective Switch tariffs in the results on Energy Club despite being a MSE subscriber and user of Energy Club for many years.

I have tried just looking at gas deals as well as dual fuel but I only see a limited selection of tariffs.

Anyone else experienced this?

Yep, something is bust

I managed to get the British Gas Collective Switch to appear in the results by changing my existing supplier from British Gas to a random supplier. I put my Switch in but after 3 days I still haven't heard from British Gas so I got in contact with British Gas and they told me they have no record of me switching. I've never had any issues switching previously and have switched probably 15 or so times.
