TSB £180 Switch and Stay offer (30/09/2025 to 09/12/2025)

Can anyone confirm if they did several Chip savings account debit card transactions and successfully qualified for this switch incentive/monthly cash back?

Also, in the TSB app, my TSB Spend and Save account has the wrong debit card number assigned to the account- the app is using the same debit card number as my TSB Classic Plus account. However I am able to spend on the physical spend and save debit card and this withdraws from the spend and save account.

Very odd.

@Elvie100  Did the switch payment just appear in your account or was there an email/communication prior to you receiving the money?

I've used the card six times, some on Friday and some on Saturday. All six are still showing as pending today. 
I've never known that with other banks.

Ive just logged into my App and the transaction i did on Thursday only cleared today   (and the transactions from Friday and Saturday are all still "pending")

I'm hoping that once they actually go through, that i do get a text or email saying i have qualified for the £150 switch offer (there doesn't seem to be a clear way of monitoring ones progress, i'm doing the actions required more in a hope that they are being recognised by TSB)

It just appeared in my transactions and only this morning I received a text letting me know they had paid me £150 for switching.

Any update from you? Mine was complete last Friday, but not heard anything, other than to say the switch completed. I guess they did say they have 28 days.

No update im afraid.

Ive completed all the tasks and all 5 of my debit card transactions are no longer pending (they have gone through). 

i did get confirmation text and online letter saying that the switch had completed. i agree with you about the 28 days, if i recall correctly it says "within 28 days" 

As soon as i receive it i will update the thread
