Today I am grateful for my gym session, for gathering together more of the chopped- down jasmine and getting it wrapped in a tarpaulin ready to go to the tip all before the rain just kept coming down, for dh putting our new table together, for clearing much of the current table, for having a car, for chats with neighbours.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!8

Words of encouragement
Just keep being you, you're doing great
You've got this. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise
You inspire me every day
I just know your optimism and kindness will take you places
I hope today is full of joy for you
Never forget how far you've already come. You are amazing
Remember every setback is just a stepping stone on the path to success
I just wanted to know how proud I am of you and all that you do10 -

I have been away with family for a few days, but back now and back to work today
It is my birthday and my eldest daughter decided to visit, but didn't let me know till last night, so it was too late to get the day off work. OH and I went to buy lunch bits first thing, he did lunch and spent lots of time with them (DD and GD3). They came to see me in the shop in the afternoon for a short while, and left me presents and a lovely cake for when I got home
We will see them properly in mid- November, when I certainly shan't be working! After being away I had a messy house (had to leave very early to catch a ferry) and piles of washing. Did one wash load, pegged it out, now on airer to finish off by the stove.Did pesto pasta with mushrooms, peas and grated parmesan for dinner, quick and easy!We have decided to put the winter duvet on the bed, as it was chilly last night. Just need to put the cover on it.Also need to phone a friend to thank her for birthday flowers
Work tomorrow and Saturday as someone is off sick. There seems to be a bug doing the rounds - hope I don't get it!Grateful for a nice few days away and my lovely friends and family

Happy birthday @DawnW
Lost count of my NSDs this month but from a quick glance at my bank account, it looks to be 8.
Grateful today for discovering £4.50 in Tezco vouchers on my account - used it to buy sweets for a train journey on an upcoming short break. Also grateful for homemade soup for lunch, to have OH’s company while wfh today, for an early Christmas gift from Mum, for another v!ntD sale, and for a book I’d reserved at the library being available and collected.NST 🐢 & MF before 40 🤸8 -
Thank you to everyone who has taken part this month (I now there's still tomorrow but I have an appointment, lots of stuff to gather and it will be late when I get back. I did buy a dress (for everyday) today and a cardigan (airforce blue and it goes with the dress) then went to buy my folic acid tablets and a couple of ys sandwiches. It was wet and cold and I was very slow. Tomorrow's appointment will have to be by taxi and I may need my walker on Sunday (I wanted to manage with my stick). However it is what it is, I'll adapt.
My food delivery came shortly after I got back home. I've only taken one bag through to the kitchen, the rest are on the bureau, a chair, the walker, a trolley and the floor. Ah well, I have food.
Grateful for my new dress (a third one has reached rag stage and one more is not fit to go outside the door), sleep (trying to go off soon then I can wake early and alternate the preparations I didn't get done today with resting) and entertainment (3rd series of Trigger Point).8 -
