Simply Red were simply brilliant.  What a concert!  Well worth waiting for plus our seats were at the back of our section so I could stand up and dance - and I did!

Not much cleaning happening as DR is being decorated and access to kitchen is through DR

Kazwookie, I love my  Dy$0n stick bagless thingy, which I got from the online shop as a return or reconditioned or whatever through the Bay of E if my memory serves.  I've replaced the battery and the waste bin but it's still going strong.  Belovéd has a Dy$0n ball vacuum thingy which he loves, and if it gave up the ghost I would buy him another one because if the chap is willing to do the vacuuming he can have whatever tools he wants.  Apart from the cordless thing I only ever buy them secondhand/reconditioned from a local chap but there's usually a project somewhere around that does them.
What I really dislike is the v@x cordless thing.  The batteries are great, the tools are great but it weighs a ton.  I got it on an MSE offer a few years ago so I grit my teeth and drag it round the top floor of the house and the crevice tool is useful but I'd much rather not have it if I'm honest.  If you're down this way you can pick it up and do us both a favour!

    Better is good enough.
