"£150 later but that does incl 7 kilo of dry food, bed, bowls, basket, harness, litter etc etc."
You do realise that they won't actually use the beds or basket though, don't you ??? ;o)
So looking forward to more pics and regular updates please.0 -
I know they won't use the bed my old one always preferred mats and blankets but it would save the cream carpet a bit if they would.
8 hours now until we get to meet them can you tell I am like a kid at Christmas.
Going to IKEA first to stock up on essentials from the food shop.
Promise I will post loads of pictures on here of them hope they settle in well.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Hi TallGirl - you've made me broody with all your kitten talk! Grumpy old Leo won't let me have kittens though - I think he'd eat them! He doesn't like to share his mummy with anyone! LoL.
Can't wait to see the pics!

Best wishes with the new arrivals and that they do make some use of the items you've purchased whilst not clawing carpets, unlike our cat who seems to be getting worse at it - uses it as a means of getting attention before 0500 so he can be let out :eek:0 -
Morning
We are home safe and sound but it was a bit of a journey. Got up to IKEA ok so much traffic got our items all of them and nothing extra so pleased with that. Found place struggled to park as there was a footie match on around the corner.
Met them Jack was friendly straight away but Thomas spent most of the time behind the sofa moaning. I think he has had a lot more fuss made of him as he is the runt. Met the mum who is kind of white tabby and a "brother" who is black. Really beautifully. Got in the car about 10 min later this smell come from the basket. Jack has made a runny poo and I cannot find anywhere to pull over. Eventually get the mat out but by now they are both covered. Stop at a services but difficult to do much with wet wipes. Got home and had to wash them straight away what a start.
Anyway they soon settled down Thomas under the sofa but Jack playing away. Found their litter tray and explored the beds and scratch pad.
Right now they are both playing at the foot of my bad and jumping on it. Also find the bannister's great fun to leap in and out on. Have taken some pictures so will upload them in a minutes. Thomas is coming much nearer to me and I can just about touch him. I am sure he will be find just needs to find his feet.
Stuart ours will be using a cat flap I could not cope with getting up at 5am to let them out. Poppyoscar is Leo his name that is such a sweet name. Ours are named after American Ice hockey Teams so we have Boston Bruin and Florida Panthers. Jack and Thomas to us.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Glad you got them home !!!! They are gorgeous boys, when Thomas grows into those ears he will be a stunner. Jack is cute already. Have they both been snipped already ? I know a lot of breeders do that nowadays, better all round. Def. lots of fun going to be had with these two.0

Thanks vandanfc yes those ears are huge but so are his paws so I am sure he will grow into them. Not had to snip yet but we will be doing at 6 months have to under the contract we signed with the breeder. Don't want them to be fighters.
Right now they are both sleeping under my desk curled up next to each other. I am sure they will be happy here and we will have lot of fun with them.Save £12k in 25 No 49
