Hi,
Newb here after some advise.
Got a ticket from UKCPS for stopping outside Leeds train station and just wondering what the next steps for me would be?
Images and personal info are blurred out.

Andy help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Andy.

Ignore UKCPS who can't be reasoned with! There is no independent appeal on offer.
That is a non-POFA NTK so no saying who was driving at any point, not even in a later defence. Please show us the back.
Wait for the Moorside Legal LBC. Read other Moorside UKCPS threads to learn what to expect. That is it, apart from obviously telling UKCPS if you move house of course.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi,
Rear of the letter as requested.
So don't even bother with the appeal? Just really ignore and maybe return to sender?
Thanks.0 -

Hi, we joined your scam club and just got the same letter. What a joy. Has been useful reading the Newbies thread and yours, but I am still not clear. Martin on Newbies says to complain, then to appeal. Yours says to completely ignore this first letter and then ignore the subsequent debt collector letters. I want to be sure that I do nothing? Is there a point when I do have to do something??? I'd be interested to know your current situation with it now. Did you make a complaint to the train station? Thanks.AndyBell79 said:Coupon-mad said:Ignore UKCPS who can't be reasoned with! There is no independent appeal on offer.

They've got a cheek. We left the multi storey car park and headed towards the exit onto Wellington Street (we didn't go around the circular route but drove past it). The photo is of us enroute with lights on and we remember queuing to exit, yet it says we stopped in a No Stopping area, we were enroute with our lights on and position of car shows not pulled in to kerb. Car doors never opened!0 -
If you should receive a Letter Of/Before Claim from the PPC’s solicitors (likely Moorside), or a County Court Claim via the Northampton CNBC, please start your own thread for further advice. To get ahead of the curve, you could prepare yourself with a little bit of gentle reading of the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post, and the Template Defence Announcement, both situated near the top of the forum thread list.yeayeaYEA03 said:
