UKCPS No Stopping Charge- Leeds Train Station

Having attempted to drop someone off at Leeds station on Friday I suspect they will have earned a nice Christmas bonus if they now send an invoice for any vehicle which was stuck in the traffic.
After ten minutes it was easier for my passenger to alight on Whitehall Road and walk. Leeds city council engineers need sacking if they think this is the best solution to serve such a busy station.1 -
Hi all,
Back again, just received my 'Letter Before Claim' from Moorside Legal. I've tried looking at the newbies thread, post 2 I think and I've been down a rabbit hole of information on other peoples threads and feel a little unsure on what it is I actually need to do.
I know I shouldn't call them….ever and I'm not keen on using their website but the post says do not post your response, does anyone know the best way to send my response to Moorside?
Just for clarification is this the template I should be using?- - - - - - - - - - - - -
Dear Sirs,
Your ref: [insert reference number]
Proposed legal proceedings
Claimant: [insert name of parking company]
I refer to your letter of claim.
I confirm that my address for service for the time being is as follows, and any older address must be erased from your records:
[Insert correct address here]
You should revert to your client because the 'propensity to pay' score in my case is zero, so any claim is hopeless and a waste of the court fee (whether 'fronted' by your firm or not). Move on to weaker victims.
The alleged 'debt' is disputed and any court proceedings will be vigorously defended.
Yours faithfully,

Thanks a lot for taking the time to look and thanks in advance if you reply
Andy.

Thanks @Le_Kirk
Am I right in thinking the response is the correct one to send?
Thanks, Andy0 -
If you have a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice. ( check it carefully. ) then yes respond to it using the LoC response template
If its their debt collection letter, Ignore and wait for the LoC
