Royal Mail Issues ?

Hi. Is anyone experiencing Royal Mail mega slow delivery issues at the moment ? Dispatched 2 items to different buyers via Tracked 48 last Wednesday 17th. Neither have updated on Online Tracking  and buyers haven't received items. Normally, T48 lands within a couple of days without fail. I appreciate 48 hours delivery isn't guaranteed but we're now veering towards 216 hours. Anyone else having similar issues ?

Nope, 3 parcels sent 48hrs and all received when expected.

Randomly occasionally parcels have issues but seems to be just a problem with individual items not something systemic. Did have brown trousers when a £2k parcel didnt move for over a week but all of a sudden the buyer reported it delivered and also no notable damage/marks to the packaging so who knows where it was all that time.

It's not great around me either, had a hospital appointment on 7th September, letter sent 1st class on 19th August, received the letter yesterday, 24th September. Thankfully I also got a text message so didn't miss the appointment.

Appreciate all the replies. It does seem to be a bit hit and miss. Fully expect them to turn up when least expected, and if it strings out to next week, RM will be paying compensation according to their website
