Will there be a court hearing then?

Potentially, if a County Court Claim is issued (we think unlikely) and if Moorside don't discontinue - which they often do but, who knows.
We have told you twice that Wing Yip cases (to our memory) have never been seen to to go to a court claim. And I have a relative ignoring one…but never say never.
I have no idea why a - wobbling? - keeper who wasn't driving wouldn't have transferred liability to the more robust driver by now. That's all.

Thanks. She's not wobbling; she's getting a bit annoyed with the letters but I've said the good people on this forum have got my back on this.

Have got her back. She will be the defendant if she chooses not to name the driver (you?).
