    It is the CNBC, so I have read through the steps again, as well as the guidance on completing the DQ. The email address to send it to is DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk, with DCB Legal CC'D in.


    However, I am unsure whether I need to complete the DQ form, scan it, and email it, or whether there is an online version that can be completed instead. I have tried looking for this online but have not been able to find it.

    1) Definitely not,  that could lead to a default CCJ against you, they don't want pictures or scans, just a properly completed official form, paper or pdf, nothing else  !

    2) correct,  its an official N180 pdf document that you download and fill in , save,  send

    3) its definitely on the official UK government website,  all of the documents are

    Apologies, i found it and will fill it in! I thought the form would be in an official website so didnt think of using google to search it. Thank you for your help and i will keep updating!

    Hi, just a quick update, I have a mediation call scheduled for the 27th of February, so in five days time. I’ll make sure to check the forum before I have any questions or need clarification on anything. Thank you again for all of your help guys, I really appreciate it.
