Hi everyone, I’ve received a Letter of Claim from DCB Legal. I’ve checked the forum threads but I’m still a bit confused about what steps I need to take next. Could anyone kindly guide me through the process? Thank you in advance for your help.

Correct, then study the rest of paragraph 2, plus the first 2 posts in the defence template thread,  for the next stages

You should study a dozen recent cases on here,  to get up to speed

    HMRC are not involved here

Post a properly redacted picture of the N1SDT claim form below,  after hiding your name and address,  the VRM details ( both are on the left   ) and also redact the claim reference number and password from the right hand side too, so 4 redactions in total,  double check before taking the picture

And add the name of the person who signed it,  bottom left or its on the back at the top , add the claim Issue date too  ( MET Parking via DCB Legal   )

Edit your thread title to something more suitable like

Just read the Template Defence thread. Easy!

And show us the claim form again but this time with the usual 4 things redacted that you saw on all the other similar threads we hope you must have read first, before posting.
