Have the forum pages changed colour?

Having been away for a few days, I return to find that changes have been made to the layout. The colour of links has gone from the “standard” blue to purple and more annoyingly when the thread is over one page, the box at the bottom right with the number of the next page is grey in white and difficult to discern; is this an error or a deliberate change?Having sent the above email to the Forum Team and received a response and pointing me to this thread, I am pleased to say that the next/previous page numbers are now more visible. Thanks!0

Thank for toning the red down @MSE_Stephen (actually changed to purple on my phone).
As others have said, I found it intrusive in red and demanding of my attention which it didn’t need.0 -
@MSE_Stephen I agree Account and Privacy settings is better now it’s no longer red. I hate the grey. The green is more vibrant and inviting whereas the grey looks like a dodgy copy of the site.… and why do I still get an error message when posting and have to click “Post Comment” again?0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

I like it, looks like the new blue envisaged for Air Force One. Looks quite professional0

It’s not the blue that is the problem for me on mobile view it’s the grey. Some page headers are green, some blue but bookmarks is grey

Hi everyone
Thanks for the feedback.
Yes, the greyish banner is a bit boring! We're looking for some better choices.
As shown in @Skint_yet_Again screenshots, you can probably see how challenging the banners are.
The forum wants to put white text on a banner that will resize and move depending on screen size - so white text can appear on a light background unless the whole image is dimmed down.
New formatting will be available later in the year that should enable us to use far more colourful and inviting banners without making the text non-compliant with accessibility standards.
