got yet another email from boots saying all i ordered is not coming, so i give up with the web ordering, it doesn't seem to matter how early i get up and do it nothing arrives

Well according to my orders on the Boots site - yes. But I haven't received my confirmation email yet so I won't count my chickens until they are hatched. I have had a few items cancelled off of previous orders.

I need to find a new obsession maybe one that makes money.:o

I had these in my basket, but something must trigger an alert at the mainframe.

I kept adding gradually to see how far it would increase. but all of a sudden they were sold out. But the rotten things took the ones out of my basket too. (Now that really is unfair ) There has to be some alert trigger somewhere, and then I think Boots pull the stock. Unless someone manages to get the whole 120 in stock. LOL The mind boggles :eek: :eek:

Didn't buy anything this morning! The one thing I am really looking for is still showing out of stock.

I did notice however that there is a random 500 points that kicks in and automatically adds itself to your basket. I think it's when you exceed the £50.

Shame it wasn't there last week when I was placing some big orders!!

After my order they had 120 in for a while then it went to 95 sat at that for a bit then suddenly it had gone down to 5. So someone must have ordered 90.

Would have been about 5.45 am. I still haven't got a confirmation email though. It is a real pain trying to buy sales items from Boots, you can't afford to hestitate for just a second as someone pinches out of your basket. As soon as I hit the £40 mark I checkout and then start again. It getting to be a bit of a challenge my husband thinks I am mad.

Good luck on getting the dolls house.

What time do they put new stock on?
I've been getting up at 6am which is really early for me lol, clearly i need to be up a bit earlier than that lol.
Although i really should stop buying stuff, i have so much stuff from boots i have no more room in my cupboard.

lol it wasnt like this last year, there was plenty of sale stuff left a week after it started and i cant remember there being this mad dash to get stuff online - yes it went out of stock quickly but nothing like it is now. Goodness knows what it will be like last year!! :rotfl:

Got up early too - about 6.20am and got a board game, 3 sets of mini ted baker perfumes and a junior swingball but missed out on the number 7 sets and bourjois sets. Did get some the other day though so not too fussed. Did want a Berkeley lime set but it disappeared out of my basket.

Has been a fab sale this year, didnt bother last year as didnt see anything good but since I found this site its been ace - knowing the dates and logging on at the crack of dawn lol. Have done about 6 orders, mainly tons of sets and a few toys - most of the toys were girls or babies though, apart from a few bits didnt see much for a 5 year old boy but did miss stock of some things.

Cant wait for next years, am planning on putting some extra money into my xmas savings so I can shop away in next years sale again. Dont live close to a boots so very glad the sale was good online.
