No judge will look at LBC stage and DCB Legal always discontinue before hearings anyway!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

With an issue date of 29/01/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 03/02/26 and before or on 17/02/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 03/03/26

Hello all,hope everyone is good.
Just starting to get my defence sorted and sent by the weekend and just wanted to make sure that all the defence template applies before I start wasting time and going the wrong way with it as a couple of the paragraphs don't seem to apply to my defence.
Basically ,my case involves a residential carpark that I personally don't believe the vehicle was parked within the boundary. The driver never went past the sign high up on the building so therefore never entered a contract
The vehicle was parked in the junction off the main road that is used to access the carpark.
PoC is for Unauthorised Vehicle.
Just for clarity I have not responded to or appealed at any stage so therefore I have not admitted who the driver was.
There was however a parking attendant(shyster) that was hidden away in his car and was taking photos when driver returned to the car.
Just to add that the vehicle wasn't even there for a full 10 mins
In the photos that secure parking appear to be relying on, the main sign is also hidden behind a van.
When the driver questioned the attendant as to where the boundary was,he just waved his hand in front of the vehicle but couldn't actually prove a line.
I attach a photo of the PoC and a couple of the parked vehicle in relation to signs and boundary that the driver took.
As usual ,many thanks in advance for your help

In a typical case, all 10 paragraphs are used, with only paragraphs 2 & 3 altered, so generally speaking you dont mess with the rest
My advice is that you post every numbered paragraph that you altered, on here below, but don't post the unaltered ones, so your homework can be checked and get feedback
Defences are typically based on refuting the POC , and tailored according to the claimant and their lawyers, not one size fits all, in your case its SPS via DCB LEGAL, POC says unauthorised vehicle

HI Gr1pr
Thanks for your reply.
I am the registered keeper but as I have never appealed , I have never revealed as to if I was driving or not, should I continue down this path in my defence?

If you weren't driving, say so, or if you were then either say nothing or admit it ( but no lying. )
You cant possibly expect us to make that decision for you
But
If the NTK pcn was compliant with POFA, then its irrelevant

Also, is a 10 minute grace still a thing to consider
