I can only assume that the court email system is flagging them up as suspected spam, IF those emails are all in your sent folders and didn't bounce back

But, personally I would have tried my Gmail email account if my Outlook ( Hotmail ) one was failing, especially because each mailer may have an attachment limit, but I dont remember you stating which Mail account you were using ( only the web browser Safari. )

Don't forget to ask for all your costs tomorrow including printing, time taken off work (take proof of hourly rate), travel and also several hours at £24 per hour tirelessly dealing with all this paperwork and unfamiliar processes.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi @Coupon-mad

It isn't my hearing tomorrow thankfully!

It is the deadline for the Witness Statement to be received . Which is why its so frustrating as obv it could have stopped me having to go to Court

    Update

Just spoke to the court and lo and behold, it has registered the WS and Skeleton yesterday, just no auto response. So just a post to make people aware that you may not receive an acknowledgment, if so phone the court to confirm(or go out your mind like I have!)

I did mention that they are likely to receive several emails now and there is also a hard copy hand delivered this morning😀

    Hi all

The deadline for their Witness Statement has passed at 16..00 today with no sign of it.

Should I be emailing the court now to advise or leave it till tomorrow?

How should I word it please?

The court will be closed now! You could send an email tomorrow and point out that the claimant has failed to adhere to the judge's orders and you expect the claim to be struck out. No doubt the claimant will twist on the hook and claim they did send the WS in time and it got held up in the court process and it's not their fault, whine, winge, moan!

Ok ,but even if they claimed that it got held up etc, the fact still remains that I haven't been sent one and it wouldn't have been held up if sent to me!

    Thank you

    Hi all

Still no WS or Additional Directions received. Sent an email to the court and claimant last week and have spoken to the court this morning. Still nothing logged at the court from the claimant and advised to send another email marked urgent. Have now done this.

Is this normal behaviour with DCBL before they discontinue?
