Is it possible that someone could check my WS please and also let me know the answer to my question about the links being sent in the skeleton that MrJenkinsEsq kindly drafted for me.

I will have to submit both in the next couple of hours as it is the only time I can get help from a relative and don't want to send a load of rubbish.

I understand how busy folk are ,especially a Saturday evening and so any advice and help would be massively appreciated.

You have advised me to use Beavis but not the supreme. Im afraid I am being a bit dopey here but not really sure what I can say and then link.

Please can you spare a glance over my WS. I wasn't able to finish it this morning and now at my relatives to submit.

You are simply copying JackR1's words about HHJ Moloney and Beavis and linking to that transcript.

It's in his WS as a link so you can't miss it.

I haven't seen your full WS. It will help if you re-post it with the words about HHJ Moloney and the first instance Beavis hearing link added.

Finalise it tomorrow (I'm out tomorrow so won't post but others can help).

And yes, you must include ALL the case law links in the skeleton argument otherwise how is your judge meant to look at the case law?

I have made a massive error

I have sent the WS about 15 mins before you replied to me as my brother and I were running out of time.

Due to be absolutely exhausted having had no sleep for 24 hours I inadvertently sent it without signing the statement of truth!!

Will I just be able to resend it with a covering email to explain and apologise?

I took out the Supreme Court section of Beavis as that was how I interpreted what you meant.

I don't know what you mean, you weren't meant to link to the Supreme Court's final judgment in Beavis. You just copy what JackR1 put about HHJ Moloney's words and give the judge that link, as Jack did.

Pick it up again tomorrow - you aren't running out of time. It's the weekend. Get it finished tomorrow rhen re-send it all signed.

Fortunately the email address for Nuneaton Court was wrong so it bounced back!

I have to do it while I am here at my brothers house as he is unavailable to help tomorrow and I am on nights all next week while he works in the day.

We are so close now but I can't find the address for Nuneaton as I am aware it isn't the enquires one
