DCB LEGAL SPS Witness Stage

I believe its both sides of A4, so under 50 pages would be under 25 sheets of A4
It should be wrapped as a pagination bundle, not loose, with claim reference number etc added
The email just needs a few lines identifying the bundle, the attachment, which should be in pdf format
I fail to see why the email would have hyperlinks , its just a short description plus a pdf attachment , nothing complicated , no hyperlinks
Yes make the header what the court stated
Witness Statement to be recieved by deadline xxxx Claim number xxxxxx

@Gr1pr ,thank you for your time,it is appreciated.
Sorry ,the email itself hasn't got hyperlinks, the pdf does that is attached. I was asking that if I took them direct to the court, the papers would show hyperlinks that would be able to be opened in a pdf but of course not via papers.
What does pagination mean?.
Can I put both the WS and Skeleton in the same email to the court or do they have to be separate?
Many thanks in advance

The skeleton is a separate document. You can file it whenever. Or just turn up to court with it, though I think a judge could be unimpressed by that. It only argues law and doesn't plead anything or submit evidence, so there's no deadline. Best to send it at least 14 days before anyway so a judge can't grumble about it.
I'm a random person on the internet. I hold no legal qualifications and nothing I say is advice.

Thank you.
I have now re sent the WS using the heading that I was told to use by the court. Sent 10 mins ago and again ,still no auto reply to acknowledge receipt . I am seriously going round the bend now. Can't understand how the skeleton seems to have sent but not the WS. Could something be in there that is not acceptable?Woild someone have a look please as at the moment it looks like I may have to just risk that they won't meet the deadline either

Would the fact that the pdf had photos in it be causing me problem sending it to the Court?
However ,it did send to DCB though.
Please can someone tell me what to do as I am running out of time.
Thank you

Embedded photos should be no problem
Ensure that your completed WS in word saves as a docx file, then publish it as a pdf file, no compression, using save as and choose pdf
Try Zipping up the final pdf and attach the zip file to your email instead if the above fails
If using a Web browser to login to your email account, try a different web browser , such as Brave, opera, Firefox, Outlook, Safari
I suspect that the court email inbox thinks its spam, possibly thinking that the attachment is suspect

Right then.
Have tried using Safari, two pdf have been zipped together. the file is around 5Mb (18Mb without compressing or zipping.
The WS contains 7 photos and also has the Pace v Lengyel . So two pdf.
Saved as docx file and then converted to pdf.
It is being sent but no acknowledgment or failed to send.
I am now at a complete loss as to more I can do and fear that the Thurs deadline is going to pass without my statement.
Anybody got any ideas please.

Morning folks
Have been and dropped my WS in the box at court so fingers crossed. Just a shame that after working to get the hyperlinks into it to email to the court, that facility is now lost on paperwork. I also couldn't do double sided printing as my printer wasn't able to.So hopefully that won't be an instant rejection(only 18 pages anyway).
Included the Skeleton aswell as a separate document.
Sent it several times via email and just incredibly frustrating to not receive acknowledgement to confirm it was sent.
Oh well.

Have you tried sending a test email with no attachments to see if it is the email address that is wrong? Bit late now, as I see you have hand delivered it!

Hi @Le_Kirk
Yes I did. The email was taken off the Courts own website and also from a text that I received from the court when I phoned up.
I have sent a basic email now from both mine and my wife's email and both have shown as sent but no auto reply to acknowledge. So still none the wiser as to if there was a problem with the attachments.
Really bewildering as when I sent WS first and then Skeleton 5 mins later ,I got an auto reply a minute after the Skeleton.
Worryingly though, when I phoned the Court I was told there was nothing on the system to say anything had been sent.
As you says, I have hand delivered it now and can only hope that it is accepted and loaded on to the system in time for tomorrow.
I am going to phone the court again in a bit to explain again and see if there is anymore I can do to try and email it.
Many thanks for all the help I have had
