I am sorry to hear about all this and glad you have finally managed to get it sorted.

However, BW Legal may not give up. If you google them, there are hundreds of disgruntled people who have complained about these charlatans. Most of the cases refer to British Gas as BW are their favoured company to pass the debt on to. I had my own issues with BG/BW and that is why I know a lot about them.
You will find numerous instances of people being wrongly chased for money they do not owe, for gas/electric in properties they have never lived in, and also for bills that have already been settled with BG (and other companies).
Despite providing all kinds of evidence to BW proving that they don't owe this money, BW still pursue them for it.

So just a warning that unfortunately, this may not be over yet.

FYI, in the real world nobody gets any money out of an estate unless the executor voluntarily physically transfers them the money.

    They have absolutely no chance.

    Sorry for your loss, @SteveClark32.

For anyone reading this in future, it looks like the Premier Park website has broken links, but a little URL rewriting gets you this:

    https://premierpark.co.uk/privacy-policy/

    which in turn lists
dpo@premierpark.co.uk  as their Data Protection Officer contact email.
