NEVER write snail mail to a parking firm. Are you telling us the Complaints Policy only gives a postal address? Hopefully there's an online complaint option?

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mum. This rogue 'PCN' is the last thing you need but DO NOT pay it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • All I could find it a postal address. The phone number I tried was just an automated system to pay and I couldn’t find an email address anywhere. You can find a link to a complaints page via the BPA, but the link says that the web page can’t be found

The BPA AOS members complaints policy takes you to their website but cannot access their complaints policy, so gives an error,  not found, neither does it work if you click on , complaints policy

The BPA have fobbed off the OP to Premier Park,  but the online access is broken

There is their own postal address etc, so I copied and pasted it earlier,  meaning snail mail is the only option there !

Its disgraceful in this day and age,  but typical scammery by unregulated private parking companies

So reply back to the BPA telling them their member is in breach and ask them to try the broken link!

I agree,  it was bugging me too, then I realised at breakfast this morning that it was a good idea to complain about the broken link to the BPA AOS compliance team,  online or whatever works,  make them work for a living,  because its faulty or out of order

Excellent news,  can you please tell the BPA that,  after informing them that their link is broken and so is the PP website,  which is why you had to blah blah etc

Thank you,  I wish you well, keep playing whack a mole

Good result at a sad time for you. Now some peace from this bottom feeder!

    My condolences.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
