i've just had a quote from the butlins website for my 3 night break in the school holidays for 4 in standard. it's 312 self catering or 409 catered :eek: that's the cheapest. i will be paying £115.50 through the sun, or 235.50 for catered. that's a huge saving :T

no,you dont get a lounge in the catered apartments,as standard.

although, i think you can pay extra to go catered but have the s/c apartment ( with kitchen / living areas ) if that makes sense !

yes, the quote on the website gave different options, one of them was for silver without a lounge, one was for silver with a lounge. and then gold or deluxe. but the one that was 200 more than the sun was for standard, which is what we will be getting with the sun - so we're really getting a bargain

I tried to book last week and the sytem crashed on the payment screen so i went back in and started again. I have now received via email two bookings doh I have tried phoning the numbers given on the website and on the paperwork but they direct me to a FAQ webpage which states that any correspondance should be done by post. Is this the only way of cancelling one of the bookings or is there a simpler quicker way?

Any ideas/advice welcome,

Does this mean you have been able to book twice using just 1 priority code ?. Can you log back in to edit the bookings at all ?. I've not used the sun vouchers so can't really advice, but i think if you wait until you have the booking details in the post, or perhaps just phone the main butlins number ?. Do you know if the money has been taken twice because it might be that the money was only taken for the second one ?.

i have all the token codes etc but my party size is more than 8
what i need is either another ref number so i can book it in 2 go`s or a phone number so i can speak to someone at the sun ,the numbers i have tryed all ask u to post your query and i have had no reply to my mails

I am looking to book a second 4 day break, can anyone recommend a park in the Norfolk or Yorkshire areas? I'm looking for something clean and quiet as I have young children who will only be interested in the swimming pool. Thanks:rotfl:

you can only book for max of 8, on one application

hope you get another ref number ,try ebay if you are desparate
