Yours was a long time ago though wasn't it? I think things have changed. There was a period of time where there were a lot of negative things being posted about Plum, and justifiably so, but several of the practices causing that seem to have been stopped.
As it happens, my initial experience at MoneyBox leaves a lot to be desired. They still haven't started paying interest on the money they received last week. I know they say it has to pass through an intermediary on its way to the partner savings providers, but that really shouldn't take more than a day. Other aggregators don't seem to have this problem.

No it wasn't that long ago, the money arrived in the account on the 27th March so only 17 days ago.
