I want to transfer out my cash ISAs with Plum and Trading 212 but am having difficulty finding a provider who is able to accept a transfer in from these companies. Anyone been in a similar situation and found a suitable provider?

Both Coventry Building Society and Chip accept transfers from Trading212. If you transfer into Chip you can't do a partial transfer. Coventry accept partial or full transfers.
There's other options as well - there's numerous threads about people transferring out of T212. Not so many about transferring out of Plum.1 -
We transfered from T212 to Vida1

You can transfer from T212 to Virgin Money1
