Looks like DCB Legal may be getting antsy. Missed a call from them today as they want to speak to me. Presuming they're wanting my evidence outside of a WS which they will not get. Won't be calling them back either0

Just received the N180 from DCB Legal, before I send them my own and to the CNBC do I wait until MCOL states one has been iussued to me. Reading the relevant threads this seems to be the case but wanted to double check.0

So either wait until MCOL says its been posted, or do it now and keep checking your MCOL claim history to ensure that its been logged2 -

N180 sent on my case too, had no correspondence from dcb prior though

Just had my mediation call. DCB Legal were so kind in offering me a reduced sum of £190. I kindly gave them my own offer of £0. See you in court (if it comes to that). Their argument if it does go to court will be that of the fact that they believe I didn't enter my reg correctly which my argument will counter that as to why the machine allows me to enter an invalid registration number. See if it gets thrown out before it comes to that1

DCB Legal will discontinue in a few months before they have to pay the hearing fee, then you can proudly reply here with a copy of the NoD (please) so your success can be counted on Umkomaas' thread of 750+ examples.
