    Looks like DCB Legal may be getting antsy. Missed a call from them today as they want to speak to me. Presuming they're wanting my evidence outside of a WS which they will not get. Won't be calling them back either

    Just received the N180 from DCB Legal, before I send them my own and to the CNBC do I wait until MCOL states one has been iussued to me. Reading the relevant threads this seems to be the case but wanted to double check.

    Correct,  although I suppose that you could download the N180 DQ document,  fill it in and email it,  which you will do anyway,  no paperwork is involved 

    So either wait until MCOL says its been posted,  or do it now and keep checking your MCOL claim history to ensure that its been logged
