@wavybagels
FYI All of the defence above fits into MCOL hence the redacted copies from MCOL which I posted. I just forgot to renumber after para 53 -
What's the usual timescales for a reply on defence do DCB Legal usually wait the full 28 to issue me their usual template?0
-
No it takes longer because they haven't been served the defence yet. You might hear their drivel in December.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That's unfortunate I was looking forward to an argument quite soon

I'll just keep an eye on MCOL and come back when I have more news2 -

Ignore them, save any evidence for the Witness statement plus Exhibits bundle stage in several months time1
-
Thanks for the reply, most likely will ignore them but is it worth replying saying something a long the lines of 'This will be provided in my witness statement when the time arises through the courts'0
-
Your choice, doesn't really matter at this early stage
You dont show your cards face up halfway through a game of poker
The N180 stage is next, then mediation, see the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements2 -
Yeah that's true tbf, unless I'm legally obliged I won't bother.
I'll wait for the N180 to be sent to me. Assuming it will be on MCOL when available.1
