Well after the unsuccessful POPLA attempt. It made me think that I actually now have the landowners proper details given that the cowboys had provided in one of their POPLA responses. I emailed the landowner (after a good conversation with ChatGPT) and was then told that the PCN had been cancelled....result!

As above  -  for peace of mind perhaps next week go on to MB website as if to pay ticket (obviously don't) to make sure it says cancelled or nothing owing  -  take a screenshot and keep for posterity how you beat an unregulated scammer.
