yeh thats the one. ive looked at their doc and the pics of the sign have all been taken 'in darkness' but with a flash light or a cars headlight pointing at them. Theres still potential for them to be unread, so will make further points on this.

I have a POPLA code and was going to appeal on signage which is covered by foliage at the entrance and 'bleached' out signs. Also the landowner (Hay Carr Estates Ltd) seems to be different from Minster Baywatch as per last image where the ticket machine is.

Am I going down the correct route here?

This 'POPLA Comments' stage is already covered in post 3 of the NEWBIES thread.

Did you make a clear point that the offer was made by another party?

Under my Landowner Authority section I added a point that the landowner suggested to be Hay Carr Estates, although I never made a point about the offer. Clear mishap on my part there. They have produced a contract, but it has no expiry date  which reading elsewhere seems to be a point I can raise in my comments. Hope not too late, but I will add in comments that the offer has been made by another party.

Any help please with what I could possibly rebut in POPLA comments based on this document? I think I've read in a comment on another thread that it has no expiry? btw I haven't blanked out, it was uploaded like this.

The operators comments state: We refer to the included Confirmation of Authority, authorising Minster Baywatch to undertake a range of enforcement activities on the land, including but not limited to do the issuing of charges to vehicles that have been observed to breach the terms as displayed on signage.

Yet the sign next to the ticket machine is Bransby Wilson so assuming I can add something in this context to the comments

I thought you were Roy Walker for a moment! OK thanks and I assumed that would be the case. My seven days is nearly up and I feel my comments may need more. Is it known to email popla and ask for an extension to this? Can I also email them a PDF of a rebuttal comments?
