So got letter today court case 9th January
can I just ask what do I do next as the letter is saying to provide evidence to the other party ?0 -

UKPC, DCB LEGAL court claim, so expect an N279 NoD document next week, by email, so keep checking your inbox and spam folders
Their deadline to pay the hearing fee is 12th December, next week,
It seems to me that the hearing date was listed as today, 4th December 2025, so is clearly a mistake by the court, so phone the court tomorrow and check, because they may need to reissue the court order with correct information ( unless I am reading it wrong , but I can't see 9th January on that letter and no idea why it says 4th December )
Your WS plus Exhibits bundle deadline is 2 weeks before the hearing date , so let's assume 24th December, after the hearing fee deadline, if its paid1 -

yes the date was changed today to go to Huddersfield court instead of my close court Wakefield. I got a letter yesterday and this email today about changing the court location. The letter does state hearing date as 9th January I just didn’t upload that as it’s all my information on that part.Do I send my witness statement and all evidence to the court and Dbc legal ?Really appreciate your help and advice0 -

Yes, you email your Witness Statement plus Exhibits bundle to the new court at Huddersfield and also to the info@ email address for DCB Legal too, if they don't discontinue beforehand1
