OK,  so it's from the CNBC in Northampton,  so follow step 4

Download the N180 DQ pdf document and fill it in and save it,  and email it to the DQ email address in step 4, not post, and copy in the lawyers too

Thank you for all the advice I will download it and email it all tomorrow after I have a tooth extracted. As for the part you say and copy in the lawyers too I’m not sure what you mean. Sorry if I sound like I’m useless but I’ve been in pain for weeks with this tooth and my brain isn’t on form

Use CC in the email destination and CC the info@ email address for DCB Legal,  the lawyers acting on behalf of UKPC , your claim form mentions them on the top left of the form below UKPC, above your name and address

    CC is Carbon Copy

The bay has no sign at it at all, not even a basic indicative Blue Badge sign and certainly no t&cs whereby you agreed to pay £100 or £170! That's a breach of the Code of Practice re accessible bays.

That's for your Witness Statement later.

Do NOT make an offer at Mediation, it's illegal for a trader to charge a disabled person for using an accessible bay. Especially if you appealed at the time & they know you were eligible to use the bay. The PCN should have been cancelled if you appealed at the time.

Now, while your case is quiet, all we ask is:

Please do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to complete this vital survey before the deadline.

    See this thread:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6617396/parking-code-of-practice-consultation-now-extended-closes-friday-26th-september/p1

Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 18 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.

    CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you coupon-mad for the advice and support.
I will definitely be doing the survey you have linked as nobody else should have to deal with this kind of stress and anxiety because of these vultures.

    Had a email today saying

telephone mediation appointment has been booked for the above date and time slot. This means that the mediator will call you between the times shown. Your appointment will last for around one hour from the point at which the mediator calls. It’s on the 24th of October is there anything I should do to prepare for this call. Obviously apart from telling them what happened on this stormy evening. Appreciate any advice

Dont tell them anything at all about the case or the stormy evening

Study the Mediation stage advice in the newbies and defence template posts

Then study a dozen recent Mediation feedback reports too

Mediation is about trying to agree a monetary settlement figure,  ( or not )  nothing to do with your actual case
