Buyer beware! Delivered = Not Delivered

It might be worth informing the seller that you (and ebay) are aware that that tracking number does not match your address and that either;
The parcel has been addressed incorrectly
The wrong tracking number has been provided
Or the courier has made a total horlicks of it

Ask them to view the POD using the postcode they used.

I had a parcel delivered message once, no parcel had been delivered.  Fortunately they provided a photo, the property they “delivered” it to bore no resemblance to where I lived.  It was from a company not an individual so they sent me a replacement immediately. 

I hope the neighbour enjoyed the pretty underwear they unexpectedly received 😹😹😹

Update: Ultimately eBay found in my favour and I was issued a refund for none delivery. I obviously gave feedback reflecting everything that happened, but to my utter amazement eBay has removed my feedback!

Ebay gave you a no-fault refund. If you left negative feedback regarding delivery and the tracking shows delivered, Ebay will remove the feedback automatically, regardless of the reasons behind it.

You've got your money back that's the main thing.
